Janice Carbaugh

            Janice Elizabeth Carbaugh, 74, of Fairfield, PA and formerly of Tennessee, died on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at her residence in Fairfield.  Born October 24, 1944 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Lillian Dahl and the late Russell Hughes.  She was the wife of the late Charles Edward Carbaugh.  He passed in December, 2018.

            Janice is survived by sister-in-law, Loretta Shorb and husband Tom of Fairfield, PA; brothers-in-law, Lawrence Carbaugh of Westminster, MD and Robert Carbaugh of York, PA; special nephew, John Hutzell and fiancé Carla Reeder of Fairfield, PA; and several other nephews and nieces.  

            Arrangements are private and have been entrusted to MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME in Emmitsburg, MD.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Janice’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN  38101.
