Gordon Tobery Obituary

Gordon Harrison Tobery, 94, of Westminster, Maryland, passed away peacefully, Sunday, May 1, 2022 at the Bridging Life Dove House in Westminster, Maryland.

Born Friday, July 8, 1927 in Frederick, Maryland, he was the son of the late John E. Tobery and Alice Tobery, nee Harrison. He was the beloved husband of the late M. Irene Tobery, nee Creger, his loving wife of 63 years.

Mr. Tobery was the devoted father of Pamela Marie Hayes and her husband Kevin; cherished grandfather of Nancy Hayes and Timothy Hayes; loving great-grandfather of Colin and Ethan Hayes; and brother-in-law of Ella Mae Kessell, all of Westminster, Maryland.

He was predeceased by his sister Courtney Barthlow.

The service and interment will be private. If desired, the family requests memorial contributions in Mr. Tobery's name to the Bridging Life Dove House, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
